Andrea fulfills the role of Broker in Charge, CEO and President of Business Management and Terry fulfills the role of COO and President of Property Acquisitions and Management. The strength of this management team stems from the diverse backgrounds and combined expertise in corporate business management, project management, ownership and management of rental properties, residential real estate sales, REO Marketing & Sales and extensive experience in construction management.

Our REO team consists of 5 licensed Brokers, REO and HUD support staff, Field Services Support staff and a network of contractors that enable us to provide fast and efficient services to address all aspects of real estate needs. We are highly motivated professionals with significant experience in the real estate business. We have diverse backgrounds which include over 30 years of professional experience in the areas of Product Management and Marketing, People Management, Project Management, Finance, Construction Management and REO Marketing, Management and Sales.
